1. Returns Policy
We stand by our product and offer a 7 days money-back guarantee.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is a blind box?
"Blind box" means that customers cannot identify which exact product of the series that they purchase before opening it. A regular edition will be replaced if the secret edition appears in the whole set.
We cannot guarantee you will get the secret edition : The number of products in each series varies, and obtaining the secret edition is completely random.
We also cannot guarantee you will receive a specific product : The products you receive are random, and we cannot determine in advance which one you will get. Customers must carefully choose which product or series of blind boxes they wish to purchase.We do not offer any refunds or replacements for changes of mind regarding your purchase.
For MEGA 400% and 1000% Series Items:
- Due to the unique nature of this product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
- Please record an unboxing video when opening the package to protect your rights.
- If you encounter any issues, please provide the video and contact customer service within 15 days of receiving your order.
No Support for After-Sales Cases: Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "disliking" or "not wanting" the product.
Wrong Cards: For blind box products, there is a small possibility that the figure received may not match the corresponding card. In such cases, customers will be eligible for a partial refund as compensation.
2. Return & Refund Policy for Blind Box Products
2.1 Product Quality Issues
- The received item is damaged, deformed, stained, or otherwise defective in a way that affects normal use or collectible value.
- Missing parts or accessories (e.g., base, instruction card) that affect completeness or functionality.
- Significant painting or printing defects beyond reasonable tolerance (clear photos or videos must be provided).
2.2 Incorrect Item Received
- The item received does not match the series or product type purchased (excluding the normal randomness of blind box items).
- The blind box packaging label and the actual content are completely inconsistent.
2.3 Damage During Transportation
- The outer packaging and internal protective measures are insufficient, resulting in damage during transit.
- Clear unboxing videos or complete photos must be provided within the specified period (e.g., 48 hours after receipt).
2.4 Timeframe & Evidence Requirements
- Return/refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Order number, full product photos, defect details, and/or unboxing videos are required as proof.
2.5 Non-Eligible Situations
- Requests made solely because the customer dislikes or not wanting the random style received or has received duplicate items.
- Products that have been unsealed/opened without any quality or fulfillment issues.
- Damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage by the customer.
- As all products are hand-painted, minor imperfections, slight paint rubbing, missing paint spots, or slight instability in standing are inevitable. Such conditions that do not affect normal display or overall appearance are not eligible for return.
3. How Do I Return My Items?
You have up to 14 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
PLEASE NOTE
We offer free returns for the United States;However, there are exceptions, such as delivery being unavailable to US military zones APO, AP, FPO, AA.If your country is NOT listed here you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Step 1: Submit your return request by sending an email to our customer service team. Your message should clearly outline the issue encountered and the reason for return. Please ensure that both an unboxing video and detailed product images are attached for verification purposes.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Based on the documentation provided, we will determine whether your return request can be approved.
Step 3: Once your return request has been approved, you are required to return the product within 5 business days.
