Shipping policy

1. Shipping Information

After you have successfully placed your order with klik.online. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order. 

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Currently, we will be dispatching from our warehouses from Monday to Friday.

If there are flight delays, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

 

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times 

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam), U.S. Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

Shipping Cost:

• Flat rate of $5.99 per order.
• Free shipping on all orders over $39.

Estimated Delivery:

• 7 - 15 business days

Holiday Delay:

• Since some of our items ship directly from our international warehouse, it is currently subject to a holiday delay (Lunar New Year). For those items, normal shipping will resume on Feb 24th, with an expected arrival between March 4th and March 12th.
  There will be holiday delay notices on the product pages.

3. Customs and Import Fees

Klik will cover tariffs, and customers will not be required to pay any additional customs fees.

 

4. Tracking Orders

When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to you via email, so that you can track your package here.

 

5. Unsuccessful Delivery

If you input the incorrect address information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
